Moving to Uruguay with pets

Hi everyone, I have a couple of questions: 1-) can anyone give me information as to the regulations regarding entering the country with animals. I have 4 cats, 3 dogs and 2 horses, and where I go they go. Obviously I wouldn't be flying, but driving. 2nd question: anyone knows how many expats live in the country? And mostly in which areas?
