Getting settled in Piriapolis

Does anyone know the best places to purchase appliances and furnishings? Does Devoto deliver? refrigerator, stove, washer, beds, etc...

We are going in tomorrow to make a deposit on a house in Piriapolis. I don't know much about the town(layout, stores, shopping, weekly markets) but it sure is beautiful! Does an expat group meet once a week like in Atlantida?

I will search through previous posts to see what else I can find :)
