Tilapia fish growing in 100sqm fresh water pool?

hello i want to know what are the best fish and the best ways to grow at my chacra, i have a pond of about 100 sqm.
iv heard Tilapia (pennyfish) are very easy to grow and healthy for the water, to grow best around 84-86 fahrenheit (28 c).
please if anyone knows how to get them here, or if its possible to grow them in canelones area.
