Renting my house, need advice

Hello,
I will be renting out my property in Maldonado for a year lease,and appreciate any advise as my first tenants are leaving the end of the month.
Is it appropriate to charge my tenants for the monthly tax that I will incur?
I've heard of landlords charging tenants for the property tax in the past, any information is appreciated.
The real estate people are very unprofessional, is it possible to have the tenants use a different realtor?
