regular farming- is there any program from the government the help the farmers to know the prices of vegetable and fruits, i mean how can i know how much to sell union or apple in large quantity?
do i need to register in an office for each type of crop?
cannabis farming- i have experience with cannabis farming in large quantity.
i checked with IRCCA, told them that i have money and land to produce high quality medical cannabis and got some weird answers: they told me that for now all i can do is to present them my business plan and they will evaluate,they dont have any deadline to the evaluation, as well they dont have any fixed price per kilo. i asked them if there is any medical cannabis farmers who grow more than 1000 plants in Uruguay and they told me no, which is why there is no medical cannabis treatment available in Uruguay the first country to "legalize" the cannabis, in rare occasions patients must order from outside the country as they told me in IRCCA( i dont know how its possible...).
seems like they are not serious and not ready to even process their own laws about medical cannabis operators, decisions are been delayed time after time, meanwhile the drug traffic continues and nobody have medical cannabis.
