Want to establish Yoga & Meditation Center in Uruguay

I am retired and considering relocating to Uruguay with my meager Social Security (hahahaha) monthly support. So having taught and written about Yoga, meditation for over thirty years and served as the former CEO of the Stress Aid Institute - Washington DC I'd like some help from Expats in Uruguay supportive of this project. If you are a Yoga teacher perhaps we can establish a joint practice, or center. Looking to relocate in 2018.
