Paying Medica Uruguaya Bill

I have been paying my Medica UY bill for years to the person who comes to my house each month here in Las Toscas. She has informed me that she will no longer be coming. So this month I went to the clinic in Atlántida to pay the bill and they told me to go to Abitab., which I did. I had to present Abitab with last month's bill as I didn't have one for this month. My question is, where do I get the bill each month that I need to pay at Aabitab. I would like to have a receipt, which was always given to me by the lady who came to my house. Thanks!
