Comparing UY To Thailand

Here are the basics (all my prices are quoted in U.S. dollars):

1. I have a small studio condo a half block from the beach with a beautiful view; I pay under $500/month including water, electric and internet.

2. I have a GREAT dentist nearby who does cleaning for under $25; two crowns were about $500.

3. Movies are shown in most theaters in English with Thai subtitles.

4. There are miles upon miles of safe, well-maintained roads suitable for bicycle riding .

5. Medical here is some of the best - I had a complete eye exam for $75. Private hospital rooms are about $30 day, cost for procedures are comparable to these costs.
