Kennel recommendation?

We are moving with our cats and dogs to Uruguay next month. We haven't found a house yet, so I'll need to board the animals while we find one. Can anyone recommend a place for dog and cat boarding near Carrasco?
I'm also looking for a highly recommended veterinarian for them after we get settled.
