Fireplace insert

Hello, I am in the purchasing stage of having my 4 bedroom house equipped with a fireplace insert to heat 3 upstair bedrooms and 1 first floor bedroom hopefully to heat the entire house , 1st floor daytime and 2nd floor at night, and am seeking advice on what to expect, referrals to companies etc. I am in the process of having Magna install a Maxima plus , am almost committed to the transaction and all feedback is appreciated,
