where to watch Celeste vs Les Bleus

So far we have been content to watch on a close big screen with 10-15 people and comfortable seats. Demure crowd.

But we have a friend coming from the States to be here for the WORLD CUP and we'd like to take him to a more exciting place with more, well, locura, fans. After today's game Maldonado was excited but not "crazy". reports of Atlantida's roads blocked for hours(?) make this area sound very calm.

Where in Punta del Este, Maldonado, Piriopolis, Punta Ballena --- area would be a good place to take our friend for a good, exciting crowd to watch the game with on Friday?
