We have a lovely 3 floor apartment in Parque Rodo. It has 2 full floors with a 3rd floor terrace which covers the whole apartment footprint. It is furnished to a high standard with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a renovated European kitchen, it also has beautiful marble floors with pot belly stove in the living area and wooden floors in the bedrooms. its fully equipped with broadband, TV satellite dish etc. it has 2 balconies.
We are interested in selling as our plans have changed and we are no longer able to retire in Uruguay. Our family situation changed recently. We love our apartment and we are sad to sell but life goes on.
We would consider selling it furnished or not. Most of our furniture was imported from the UK and Australia in 2015. It has been lightly used. it includes everything, right down to the toaster if you want.
