pain mgmt meds availabilty

After an online chat session with farmashop, I was able to verify all but 2 of the meds that I take can be obtain in country. The other 2 which are very important were not. In fact the CSR said that NORCO was not marketed in UY but other opiods were available. Does anyone have experience communicating directly with a mutualista to discuss the prescription and disbursement of these types of medications, prior to making a permanent move? I thought of combining a property search recon visit along with an appt. at a mutualista to ask these important questions. Your thoughts/suggestions.
