Is allowable deduction when receiving parcels from other countries a thing in Uruguay?

Does anyone know if parcels from another country are subject to allowable deduction when paying import tax?

For example, let's say the quote of allowable deduction is 50$. Thus, the import tax paid for a parcel that is worth 150$ will be 150$-50$ x tax%, meaning 100$ will be taxed.

I know that a similar solution is applied in Argentina. Will be grateful for replies.
