Help for renewal of my Cedula

Hello,

I have Cedula (legal permission) from Uruguay and visit the country every some years.
Now I have to renew the cedula in November 2022 - unfortunately I live not in the country and my spanish language is very poor. to renew it, somene have to make the datas in the migration office direct in Montevideo, before it is possible to renew it

Before I have done this last in 2019 with Manfred Burger, a german who live over 20 years in Uruguay - unfortunately it is impossible to contact him.

Is there someone in Uruguay, who can help me to renew my cedula in November 2022?
