Earthquake

Coming from California,we were glad to to get away from earthquakes....until this morning that is! We jumped out of bed early this morning as a 4.1 magnitude quake shook and roared. No damage.
Unfortunately, I do not believe that the single Uruguayan seismic monitoring station is operating due to "shortage of funds".
