US/Non-US international bank,OK Money transfers to Uzbekistan

Hi!

What US or non-US international banks or other financial institutions (where one can open account remotely) do not freeze/close your account if you make transfers to Uzbekistan?

Is it easier to solve international transfer/frozen account issues if you deal with bank that has branches in multiple countries?

I'm in US now.

Even if there's no branch in Uzbekistan, there's a chance there's a branch in nearby county where one could solve issues without returning to US?

I would rather not return to US for several year.

What you think about PNB Paribas?

I am planning to open local account in Uzbekistan, but don't have one yet, therefore cannot try such transfer before moving to Uzbekistan.

Please share your experience with Uzbekistan banking: e.g. any issues in using US credit/debit cards in Uzbekistan?

What is the best way to transfer money from US based account to Uzbekistan local account? To what bank in Uzbekistan?

Are you able to withdraw USD in Uzbekistan at ATM?
