Can I bring my plants?

Hi,

I am moving to Hanoi soon (from Colorado) and I would like to bring along my collection of orchids, as well as some seeds, bulbs and cuttings of other plants. Where can I find out if this is allowed? Can anyone recommend a source of information regarding the import of plants/seeds into Vietnam? I am wondering if I should ship this stuff or carry it in my personal luggage, and whether I need CITES permits and whatnot. I would hate to have my plants confiscated!
