Job Opportunites In Vietnam

I am half American/half Vietnamese and I have been to Vietnam twice in my life. In my desire to learn more about my mother's culture I have developed a keen interest in working and living in Vietnam. I can speak Vietnamese conversationally and my family swears that I don't have an accent! I am currently working and living in New York City and would love some input on the best way to go about seeking relevant employment in either HMC or Hanoi. I have done several searches online, but none have lead me to anything worth exploring. I will be visiting Vietnam (HMC and Hanoi) next month and would love to explore options while I'm there. Currently I work in media - but my degree is in Marketing. Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated!!
