American moving to Hanoi in January, looking for home/apartment

Hi I will be moving to Hanoi in January and I am looking for a place to live. I would prefer something with two bedrooms and aroun1000 -1500 including VAT. My most important requirements are 24 hour hot water, Satellite TV (HBO, ESPN, CNN, etc.) , and broadband internet.
