Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to say hello to all of you. I am new to this forum and I like, first to introduce and second to ask few questions:
1. I am an US citizen and now working in Ho Chi Minh city since January 2009 for a foreign entity in computer infotmation systems. Questions are: (1) Do you have to report any tax forms to IRS before the year-end? (2) Can you claim tax you pay for Vietnam govt on the US tax form?
