Motel In Viet Nam

Hello there: We have a motel. Our rent is 200,000VND= $11 USD/day. It's a very nice room and good location. Near by Lotte Mart in Ho Chi Minh City and closed to Phu My Hung and school, supermarket and bus stop..etc. Around above or below 12 minutes to drive motocycle to get District 1.
