Looking for roommate Ho Chi Minh City - Very nice flat in 7 District

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a person or couple wishing to share a flat in the 7 District in Ho Chi Minh City.

I found a great apartment in 7 District, about fifteen minutes from downtown by bike. Very quiet neighborhood.
This is the first apartment as clean as I see in two years in Vietnam.

Insect screen to the window, good quality furniture.

Big living room with balcony offering wonderful views.

Kitchen with a hood with a real air duct

Building accessible at any time.

Flat screen TV, internet (wifi)

Price: VND 4 million = USD 193.9 (USD 1 = 20630VND) or Euro 133.2 (Euro 1 = 30,034.83) (source: www.vietcombank.com.vn)
