Shared apartment

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a third roommate to share our beautiful apartment with me and my other roommate. The building is in PMH and there's a bus stop to District 1 and Lottemart right outside my
building. This building is quite new and we have access to an outdoor swimming pool, spa & gym as well as bbq area here. For our apartment,
we have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a small balcony. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and we'll share the kitchen and the living room. The apartment is fully furnished so
you don't have to worry about buying any furniture. Both my roommate and I are (female) working professionals so we are looking for someone
who is considerate and responsible. The rental fee is $300 per month (utilities included).
