I Phone Cell Phone Plan

Hello!

I'm currently living in the States and I have an Iphone. I'm moving to HCMC in a month and plan on canceling my current cell phone plan. Is it easy for me to bring my IPhone to HCMC and purchase a cell phone plan for my current phone? Where might I be able to do this?
