House in Huong Vien, Hai Ba Trung for rent

we are Looking for nice crazy funky roommate to share a light house in the center of the city with other mates.

Light filled, fully furnished home, considerate housemates, great location, separate bathrooms
The Location
The house is in a secure little compound with a few other local neighbors. Secure as it is guarded (near vincom tower). Walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter, but also to many famous eateries in the Hai Ba Trung district.
The House
Affectionately known by many as THD, it consists of:
One floor of kitchen, dining complete with cutlery, crockery, dining facilities, lounging facilities, TV, and balcony. And a bathroom.
A second floor of one bedrooms A third floor of one more bedrooms each with their own bathroom - one bedroom en-suite is up for rent.
Finally the rooftop is great space for yoga, reading, a cool breeze, or parties. It gives you good views of Hanoi while you hang out your laundry from the washing machine up there.
The house itself is non-smoking, but outdoors is fine.
The Room
Good size, fully furnished with a double bed, a couple of bedside tables, a wardrobe, a few shelves, and a mirrored dressing table. A big window looks out to the rooftops of our fellow neighbors. There is a ceiling fan in the middle of the room, and air conditioning should you require more cooling. At your disposal, your own medium sized bathroom with toilet, shower, mirror, basin, hot water facilities and a small window to the outside.
The Housemate we're looking for
The common language of use in this house is English, but learning from each other (Spanish, French, German, ) has always been encouraged.
We don't step on each others toes, but at the same time we can hang out on the occasion with each other.
We're looking for a housemate who wants to be in a communal house and be friends, but also have their own separate living quarters.

The Rent
275USD/ month 600,000 dong in bills/month
900K covers our twice weekly cleaner, electricity, drinking water, water, high speed internet and any other incidentals.
