Moving to vietnam!!!!

I am considering moving to vietnam and work there for 6 month to a year, I would therefore like to hear from people who already live in Vietnam or are also considering moving there. I am also seeking "roommate" ....Since I also want to work during my stay, I would like to know if you have any ideas about where i can search / get jobs like caffè, restuarant, hotel, office, etc.
I have searched over the net but have unfortunately not found anything yet ....
