Should I learn Vietnamese?

I am living in Vietnam now, and I have to work here until 2015 due to my company. I am Japanese and my English level is intermediate, I wonder whether I need to learn Vietnamese language cos I am very busy and I know that Vietnamese is so difficult :((( Thank you so much.
