Work for MH nurse?

Hi everyone. I have been to Vietnam a couple of times and really love it. Just wondering if anyone knows if there are opportunities for an American educated mental health nurse in Vietnam? I have a Master's degree in psych/mental health nursing along with 13 yrs experience. I would be happy teaching in the nursing/mental health field or working for a NGO. I have lived in Australia (am citizen) for 7 years, but have itchy feet again. Any info will be appreciated.
