Wanted: English speaking celebrant

Hi all

My fiance and I are planning a wedding in Phu Quoc, Vietnam in April 2014. Does anyone know any ex-pat or English speaking celebrants who would be willing conduct the ceremony? We are willing to cover travel costs from mainland Vietnam to the island.
