Teaching legal English in HCMC?

Hello all! I'm a recently retired attorney living in Florida and am thinking of relocating to HCMC. I'm 64 and fortunate to be in good health and appearance. I don't have teaching experience, but would obtain a CELTA certificate if needed. Is there a need for legal English teachers for university students and/or attorneys? Would my age be a problem?
