Look for an online english tutor

Hi there
I'm looking for a native English speaker (better from America or Canada, just because I'm used to the accent); who can be my English tutor via Skype.
My expectation: practice daily conversations, new vocabulary, talking on topics, of course I want him/her to correct my mistakes (pronouciation; grammar, stress...) or tell me how to express my thoughts. I don't need English for good job or kinda thing, I have learned English by myself just for fun.
Time to learn: 2 times/week or more, can be in any evening (apart from Monday and Thursday) from 8pm-9pm or 10pm-11pm (GMT+7).
I look forward to someone who is now staying in Vietnam, just because I don't know how to pay him if he's abroad
About the fee: it may not exceed 70,000vnd/hour (about 3.5$). I know that may sound crazy but its the budget I can have to keep my interest in English. If anyone can accept it, it doesnt mean u are underestimated, its just u are so nice and kind :), and I really appreciate it.
