Hi,
I work with a Vietnamese boy who was brought into the UK illegally by smugglers.
I want to buy him an "O an quan" board to play this game.
I remember playing it last year in French Polynesia of all places, but he told me its actually Vietnamese!
I have looked for a board online, but it appears that most people play this by drawing lines on the ground. But I did play it using a board.
Anyone have any ideas? Would be great if you could help.
Also I would love to buy him a few magazines about music or fashion or football in Vietnamese.
If anyone has information on that or any ideas of what the average Vietnamese older teenage boy likes I would love to hear it to surprise him.
