How does an US Expat Invest while in Vietnam?

Hello!

What brokerages do US Expats invest in while working in Vietnam?

And how do you manage your banking and finances while in Vietnam? Use an American and Vietnamese bank?


I am currently a US Teacher and I will be eligible to retire in a few years. I plan to move to Vietnam and teach for another 5 years before hanging it up officially. I'll be receiving a pension so I'm curious how that works while working/ living in Vietnam?

Any advice and suggestions is welcome. Thank you in advance!
