Looking at property in Nica

I am looking at property in the Leon area. I want to live there but for me living there is about two weeks a month. I am a flight attendant. I am 45 so from what I read I can "retire" there giving me the ability to bring in a car and household items. I have not found the terms on actual retirement according to the government as I will keep working until 60's. Is this a problem? What kind of advice can anyone give me on anything related to moving to Nicaragua?
