Internet and cellphone in San Jaun del Sur

I am trying to ascertain what a monthly fee would be for the following services.

WIFI hi speed internet at home US$____________

1 plain jane cell phone (50 min week and 500 min weekend plan as an example) US$___________

1 smart phone (similar plan as above) US$______________

I will be living in the San Juan del Sur area.

Rough estimates are cool and I would most likely bundle this with one provider.

Also do the providers allow the billing to go direct to a credit card?

Thanks for any assistance, I hope to be in my new home by 1st quarter 2013.

OR if you could give me an example what plan you may have and what it costs you in US...if in cordobas I can translate.
