didnt get my ballot

Before i came to nicaragua, i got a form for absent voting and filled it out and mailed it back with my new Nica address....I did that 4 months ago and still on voting day i have no ballot...i was worried earlier last month and tried to do online voting,but i was not permitted because my adress(which works fine when voting in person in my district)does not show up on the list of of adresses associated with my ZIP CODE....My residency is established by rural farm lot i bought in hawaii county and many poor people live in that area camping out in rural Hawaii tropical paradise.........I got caught in the cracks of trying to make elections effective at letting all vote and eliminate fraud.....so between getting eliminated as a voter because the system is too perfect to let me exersice my rights(im not a felon yet nor have i ever been) and the concern that USA mail appeared at my nica area and was siphoned off by prospectors of fortune,I am at a loss and only sure that i wont trust mailing anything imortant here again....maybe a different house and house people would be different story
