passport entry - 90 day out

I have lived in Central America for about 7 years on my passport. Do not want residency in Nicaragua but getting concerned multiple crossings may become a problem. Is anyone out there in the same situation and does the C-4 agreement pretty much take care of the problem. Thanks.
