I'm new to Expat Exchange.
I travel in Granada over 25 years ago and want to relocate I hope in 2014. Me and my wife Gwen are business owner in Florida. We own a tile store specialized in glass mosaic. (www.backsplastogo.com is our online store) I live and travel in most central and South America country and both of us also speak Spanish and French.
We like to buy a colonial house to renovated to semi retired in Granada the fact we are just 48 years old.
We like to open a small business maybe a tile store. I not sure if some are already establish in town?? Or maybe people renovating home buy all materials from Managua? My wife work in real estate for home and garden in California and century 21 in Mexico. That may be a good niche for her.
I plan to go visit around October to show what Granada have to offer to Gwen. Maybe someone have a nice rental four a week??
