Expat "Contacts" Needed for Home Rental

Hi
2 retired expat females are seeking a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental home in Matagalpa or Esteli areas. We have 1 cat and 1 dog. No vehicle. We rely on public transport and taxi / moto-taxi.

We have already checked out the following areas: Ticuantepe (1 "possible" home found), Masaya, Poneloya, Granada, Vera Cruz, El Crucero and Diriamba, San Marcos and San Del Sur.
