need help eloping!

My girl and I are eloping to Granada this December. We need a little local insight.

Anyone been out around Las Isletas, in particular, Castillo San Pablo? We think this would be a good place to have a small ceremony. Does this place get a lot of traffic with other people exploring the islands? Would we be able to find a place to have a private ceremony with just us two and a photographer? Is there a time of day that we might have a better chance?

We are pretty much winging it, so any expat insider info would be helpful.
