Opening Hostel/B&B in San Juan Del Sur/Leon/Granada

I'm currently researching the possibility of opening a B&B/hostel (undecided about which yet but leaning toward hostel) in Nicaragua. The 3 places I'm interested in are San Juan del Sur, Leon, and Granada. My preference being San Juan as I surf. I have been to all these places minus Granada, but did not research these questions when I was there. I'd love to get some information from insiders there before I come in a few weeks to research on the ground.

- What is the availability of large homes for rent? I'm looking to rent, not buy a location. Need a large home 5+ bedrooms. I see this as being very tough in San Juan, as it doesnt have the colonial homes of Granada and Leon. Any experience in any of the 3 cities? This is the main thing and most important.
- What is the availability of stores nearby? Hardward stores, supermarkets, ect
- What is the availability of workers? Everything from construction/remodelers to cleaners and english-speaking managers

Anyother tips/info would be greatly appreciated!
