Many questions

My wife and I just returned from our first visit to Nicaragua and were able to confirm that is where we want to live. We were fortunate that we had a very good expat friend to show us around. We only had a week and spent 4 days in SJDS and 3 in Granada. I know that leaves a lot of places still to be seen, but we are pretty sure that we will be calling Granada our next home. I plan to return to Nicaragua for 3-4 weeks in October by myself (wife stills works), and our hope is to be living there by mid-2015. For the sake of keeping this brief I'll try to break up some of our questions into separate posts.
