Car Seat Purchase

I will be traveling to Nicaragua shortly and renting a car. I have not been able to find a rental car agency that has a car seat available for the date range I will be renting, so I would like to purchase a seat for the trip.

Does anybody have any suggestions for retailers in the Managua (or Leon) areas where I could purchase a car seat for a 3-year old? I've done some searches and looks like Price Smart has car seats, but they require a membership.

Any other suggestions? I know there are some big shopping malls, but I have no idea which stores I should be looking for.
