Owners of real estate in SJDS - Channel

It is about the construction of the channel - something they do not want to talk about is that they plan to expropriate certain real estates for the channel (if I understand well -
I do not speak Spanish fluently). It seems that quite a lot of Expats will be concerned. So maybe those who want to buy real estate in SJDS should watch out!
