What stories are you hearing re crime against tourists in recent months, please? People report having had stuff confiscated by border guards including passport, money belt, tech, and left destitute. Others taxi episodes. Thinking of cancelling trip to Nicaragua and hop over from CR. Any advice on how to accomplish that?
