Travel Trailer

I've been tossing around the idea of bringing a travel trailer down to Nica, to live in till my house gets built.
I know the roads are generally narrow and washboard dirt once you leave the main highways.
Does anyone know if I would have major problems trying to navigate the roads with a 35' + travel trailer, to my location site? I know it all depends where I buy, but in general.
