Looking for.a.community

We are an Israeli family, 2 parents and 4 young boys (ages 13, 9.5-twins, and 8 years old). We arrived to central America at the beginning of December. We're now traveling in Nicaragua with a rented car and wish to explore this beautiful country, and on our way to seek for a community to settle in.
We basically looking for a good schools for all of our kids.
I would be very happy to get any suggestions from experienced expats who may be familiar with our experience.
We would be very happy to come and visit these days while we're still having the rented car.
Also, recommendations about nice sightseeing and nice cheep hostels in north Nicaragua (we're near Leon right now) would happily accepted.
