Granada or Leon for 90 Days?

I'm travelling with my wife and 2 kids (ages 6 and 9). We're trying to decide where we want to settle for 3 months in Nica. Here are our needs:

- Good Internet Connectivity (I work online)
- An expat community (someone my kids could play with)
- Good options for language learning for my wife and kids
