Seeking Rental Sources

My wife and I arrive in Nicaragua the end of October and will be looking for a home to rent. We've been searching the usual websites (craigslist, encuentra24.com, Facebook) and wondering if someone has additional resources they are familiar with they could pass along. We are also working with an acquaintance who lives in Granada to help narrow our search.

Or if you are aware of something that meets our "wishlist" in Managua, San Juan del Sur, or Granada please pass it along.

3-4 bedrooms (nothing less than 3). Something with a pool (if possible), private backyard, furnished, laundry or laundry connections, 24 hour security or large fence/wall around property, near: shopping, banks, gas, and parks. We would like for the water, electric, internet, cable, and parking be available.

Note: I realize that we are 2 months out and the best process to searching is being there however my wife likes to "organize" things and have the best information possible. I've lived in Costa Rica (Santa Ana & San Jose) for 4 years and the 2 places I rented I found off the Internet.
